What is a brand?

A brand is the legal entity (company, organisation, or sole trader) that owns one or more Sender IDs. Before you can register a Sender ID in any market, the owning brand must be onboarded and verified. One brand can own many Sender IDs across many markets.

Brand lifecycle

pending_verification → verified
                     └→ rejected
                     └→ suspended

Status	Description
`pending_verification`	Submitted. Identity checks in progress.
`verified`	Entity verified. Can register SIDs.
`rejected`	Verification failed. See `rejection_reason`.
`suspended`	Temporarily suspended.

Verification

When a brand is onboarded, Senderz verifies the entity against the relevant market register:

Verification is typically completed within seconds for entities with current register records.
